How does your SafeTech Safety Consultation Service Work?

Our team is available to consult for a specified number of weekly or monthly hours. We will provide consultation on current safety programs and management and guide you on program updates. Our goal is to help you meet your organization’s safety goals and needs. We will work closely with your point-of-contact to discuss program needs, schedule job site inspections and handle training requests.

What about risk assessments and loss control auditing?

Our team can help you audit and manage your risk and loss to assist  you in effectively implementing a successful risk and claims management strategy.

Do you offer health and wellness pre-screening programs, equipment and services?

Yes! Many of our clients have found a need for onsite health and wellness screening at point of entry for manufacturing facilities, offices, construction sites, schools and more. SafeTech Wholesale can provide you with an attendant to monitor all persons entering your facility. The attendant will use our SafeTech Scanner to monitor temperatures and ask a standard questionnaire, as needed, to each person.

Do you offer subscriptions, leasing, rental or financing of your hardware?

Most all SafeTech Wholesale products that are paired with our software can be either purchased, leased-to-own, rented or financed. We even offer a subscription service that allows you to use our products for a one time event or long term use. Our sales team can walk you through the options available to you for subscriptions, financing and for the different options to lease for temporary needs vs. purchasing for long term solutions.

Do you offer templates for training and materials?

Yes, after a brief consultation, our team can create and provide a variety of training and educational materials in both print and digital forms. From Toolbox Talk topics  and printed course guidebooks to health & wellness and safety standards posters and vinyl stickers to add to signage.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All products have different timelines. Those that require consultation and preparation there will be a custom timeline developed with your deadlines in mind. For hardware associated with our software, you will receive a general 7-10 business day timeline in most cases. All shipping timelines will be established during the quote process.

What is the SafeTech Scanner and Personnel Manager Pro used for?

Our software and hardware solutions provide a way to quickly and securely scan and prevent people who are not authorized or who have elevated temperatures. You can easily change setting to scan for facial recognition of employees, card scanner and/or monitor temperatures. Our system also allows you to recognize a person with a mask on or glasses, it can even recognize if someone is holding a picture up to avoid detection. It also allows you to protect your entry personnel by allowing remote approval for entry.

Can you review my current safety programs to ensure they meet OSHA standards?

We offer review of current programs and customized safety training templates that can be integrated into your current programs. We can provide safety assessments  to provide benchmarks for how you are currently performing and resolve issues to meet higher standards in the future.

I am struggling hiring effective safety and risk team members, can you help?

My Safety Director needs help facilitating training programs, what do you offer that may help?

Our team can provide both online and live training programs to supplement your current programs. From orientation and regular tool box talks to ongoing safety programs required by OSHA or due to gaps in knowledge discovered in your organization.

What methods of payment are accepted? accepts payments via check, money order, wire transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. Please discuss with your sales representative the option that is best for you. Some forms of payment may effect shipping times.

I'm outside of the United States, do you ship to me?

Yes! Many of our solutions are digital and do not require shipping. For those items that require shipping please discuss with your sales representative the shipping requirements and timelines for your country.

Does your personnel management software integrate with other systems?

In many cases, our software development team can accommodate solutions that allow you to integrate our SafeTech Scanner, Personnel Manager Pro and SafeTech Warning and Violation Systems with your own software.
