General Payment Options & Policies

Payment Options: We accept several forms of payment to make your purchasing easier. 

  • Wire Transfers: We make wire transfers an easy process. Email finance@safetechwholesale.com for more instructions.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: SafeTechWholesale.com is a division of L&D Marketing Solutions, LLC and accepts Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. You must provide the exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may result in a delay of your order being processed or shipped.
  • PayPal: Use your PayPal account to make one-time purchases. PayPayl payments can not be used for recurring, lease or card on file purchases.  
  • Checks: Please email finance@safetechwholesale.com for mailing instructions to make payment via business checking accounts. Paying via check may result in a delay of your order being processed or shipped.

All prices listed override all previously listed pricing, for like merchandise, and further are subject to change without notice. Prices, terms, and specifications are subject to change without notice. If provided a quote for lower pricing by our sales team, please reference the quote number when placing your order. Note that all quotes have a 30-day expiration. Shipping rates can not be guaranteed until time order is placed. 


MINIMUM ORDER: is $1,000; a handling charge of $10.00 will be assessed to all orders that do not meet the $1,000 minimum order. Some items may not be for individual sale and must be purchased in minimum quantities as indicated on product description. 


Any disputed charges on a customer invoice must be brought to our attention within 30-days of the date of invoice. Disputed charges should not delay payment on any undisputed amounts.

COVID-19 Disclaimer

Due to COVID-19, and the regulations and safeguards in place to protect our valued teams, customers and suppliers, there may be delays in processing or shipping. We will always notify you at time of order IF there are to be expected delays. 


Carriers & Delivery Times:

All orders are shipped the most direct route via ground and at our discretion in regards to the carrier. Orders generally leave our warehouses within 5-7 business days or receipt of order payment. Always consult your sales team member for exact lead times as they may vary by product, destination and availability. 

Customers can always request specific scheduled delivery dates or request expedited processing and/or shipping and we will provide a pricing quote for this request.

Specific carriers may be requested at time of order and customer may provide their own shipping number, please note in some cases this may delay order processing. 


Carriers must provide a clear receipt at time of pickup to verify packages were in order at time of pickup. For this reason, when damages occur in shipping, there can be a delay in processing claims via the carrier. Our team is always here to help with this process, but oftentimes it requires the collaboration with the customer and carrier. 

For your protection, we suggest never signing for a delivery unless noted on form, if the damage packaging is damaged. Customers should immediately notify carriers and SafeTechWholesale.com if packages are received damaged.  

SafeTechWholesale.com & L&D Marketing Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays due to unexpected service delays by carriers. Delays such as severe weather, natural disasters and unscheduled events could result in delays and customers should stay abreast of such activity in their immediate and surrounding areas. We will always notify you of expected delays as we receive communications from carriers. 

Hazardous Materials:

When purchasing products that fall under hazardous materials regulations please note that they are restricted by DOT and other carriers. Please call us and we can help determine the best method to safely ship and receive your order. 


Temperature sensitive products can be affected by extreme heat or cold. Temperature sensitive products ordered at the end of a week may be held for shipping the following week to avoid weekend storage when heat or cold are a possible consideration. If additional insulated packaging or speciality carriers are required you will be notified in advance of any additional charges. 

Return Policy

30-day Returns: Our return policy allows 30 days to return most products. This 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered and includes both business and non-business days. The 30-day return policy is applicable to most products with the exception of opened masks and disposable items. Returned products must be stock items in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized products and used personal protection equipment (PPE) cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order containing customized products or PPE, please contact us immediately.

Return Merchandise Authorization Required:

Returns requested should be submitted to our Return Merchandise Authorization team. Email RMA@safetechwholesale.com for official requests for returns.

All returns requested within the 30-day window will be reviewed and approved by our RMA team. In some instances, we may work with you and our sales team to resolve the matter via a replacement or alternative product, but your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we will work hard for you to ensure a return is processed if not able to otherwise resolve expediently. 


Products returned according to the guidelines on this page are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Returned items must be received and are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for your purchase price (not including any shipping charges). Please note credit card issuers vary in the time they take to process credits to your account.

Limited Return of PPE:

For our customer’s health and safety, we do not accept returns for personal protection equipment (PPE) products that have been opened or have had contact with skin or bodily fluids. All returns must meet our return requirements however, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the RMA team based on condition of product and original packaging. Please note that if your return does not meet the required return criteria, a replacement may incur additional charges.

Restocking Fee:

No longer needed or unwanted items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns on defective or delivered in our error will not incur restocking fees. 

Return Shipping:

We do not cover shipping expenses for items that are not defective or returned due to no longer needed or wanted. Items deemed by the RMA team as defective or delivered in our error will prevent return shipping fees on the customer’s end. 

Damaged Shipments:

Please inspect all shipments and orders immediately upon receipt. Please document any damages to shipping boxes or products on arrival. Both documenting via pictures and in writing, submit a report to our Return Merchandise Authorization team. We will contact you within 72-business hours to provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not return any shipment, for any reason, without prior authorization. Returns without prior authorization may result in delayed processing of return and refunds. 


Some SafeTechWholesale.com products are backed by warranties. Please consult the product description and ask your sales team member for further warranty information prior to purchasing. All warranties begin from the original date purchased and are only available to the original purchaser and can not be transferred without prior approval. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or altered products.
